Amore Consulting
Amore Consulting is a small, remote-first practice that works with businesses wherever they are.
We have built and run small companies ourselves, and that is most of the value here. We know what it is like to be the owner, the marketer and the person fixing the printer in the same afternoon, and we know which advice looks clever in a deck but falls apart on a Tuesday with a three-person team.
The approach is simple and a little unglamorous: find the real constraint, then fix it. Most businesses that feel stuck are not stuck on this month's problem. They are stuck on a pricing call, a hiring gap or a broken process from two years ago, and every new initiative piles on top of it. So we do both at once: keep the current numbers healthy while quietly rebuilding what is underneath.
We keep a short client list on purpose. We would rather be genuinely useful to a handful of businesses we know well than spread thin across a long roster. You will always know what is happening: a recap after every session, a real check-in every month, and a straight answer if we think consulting is not what you need. The goal is for you not to need us any more.
The point is not a better slide deck. It is a business that runs well when you are not in the room.

Remote or on-site, your call
Same hourly rate either way, and both work. Pick whichever your team will actually show up for in week seven, because consistency beats format every time.
On-site
Anywhere you are
- At your office, store, warehouse or wherever the work happens.
- Best for audits, team workshops and anything where seeing the operation matters.
- Travel billed at cost and agreed with you before any trip is booked.
- Half-day and full-day blocks for planning sessions and offsites.
Remote
Anywhere in the world
- Video calls scheduled around your time zone, with a written recap after every session.
- Same hourly rate as on-site: same hour, same prep, no travel costs.
- Async support between calls by email or Slack for retainer clients.
- Sessions can be recorded on request so the rest of your team can catch up.

How scheduling works
How do I get on the calendar?
Send the form or email us. We reply with two or three discovery-call times within one business day.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a week. The discovery call and audit tend to happen the week you reach out, with the first working session the week after.
Do we meet at the same time each week?
For retainers, yes: a standing slot your team can plan around, held for you while the engagement is active.
How do I reschedule?
Email as soon as you know. More than 24 hours out it is free and we find another time that week. Inside 24 hours the hour is billed.
Do you sign NDAs?
Happy to. Everything you share is treated as confidential by default, and we will sign yours or provide ours before looking at financials.
