Services & pricing
Every rate is on this page. No onboarding fee, no long-term contract, and nothing billed until after the free discovery call. Rates are hourly and follow the stage of your business, not the size of the project.

Packages
Engagement packages
Commit to more hours and the hourly rate drops. Hours work across practice areas, so pricing help one week and a hiring plan the next is the same package. Examples below use the $150/hour growth-stage rate; your total uses your own rate from the tables above.
Single Session
Pay as you go. One focused working session on a specific question. No commitment.
Starter Block
Enough for an audit plus a written plan. Use within two months of purchase.
Monthly Retainer
The most common choice: weekly calls, async support between them, and real momentum.
Quarterly Engagement
A full 90-day project with a defined outcome. Hours flex across the quarter.
The same 5%, 10% and 15% tiers apply to every hourly rate on this page, including the $200 fractional CMO and COO rate.

FAQ
Billing questions, answered
How long is a session?
One hour by default, on video or on-site. Longer sessions and half-day workshops are available and usually the better pick for planning, where an hour ends right as the real conversation starts.
When do I pay?
Never before the free discovery call. Single sessions are invoiced the same day. Blocks, retainers and quarterly engagements are paid up front; that discount is what the commitment buys. Bank transfer, check or card.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reschedule more than 24 hours ahead at no charge. Inside 24 hours the hour is billed. Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice and unused hours in the final month are refunded.
Do unused hours roll over?
Retainer hours roll over one month. Block hours expire two months after purchase. Quarterly hours can be used any time inside the 90 days.
Can I switch practice areas mid-engagement?
Yes. Hours are hours. If the audit shows the real problem is operations rather than marketing, we simply shift the work.
Not sure which rate applies?
Tell us a little about the business on the discovery call and we will confirm your rate before anything is billed.
